Friendly Service

I am registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy and Complimentary and Natural Health Care Council.

Fully Qualified & Insured

I provide a range of appointment times to suit you with ongoing support by phone, email and Skype.

I offer a range of techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy in a confidential therapeutic environment. Each of the techniques has been used for many years and is underpinned with countless testimonials from satisfied clients. I am registered with two prestigious governing bodies. My registration with the National Council of Hypnotherapy ensures my training and qualification has been to the highest standard and that I am governed by code of conduct and performance ethics which in part ensures I commit to continuous professional development and a client centred approach.

Secondly the Complimentary and Natural Health Care Council has been set up with the government as an accredited register in conjunction with the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. The CNHC provides public protection by working with complimentary therapy professionals to ensure high standards of training, qualification and regulation. The General Medical Council guidance to doctors confirmed that they are able to refer patients to practitioners on the accredited register.

The therapeutic relationship that exists between the therapist and client is perhaps the most single important aspect of achieving a positive outcome. I would suggest you research registered therapists and find one you feel you can be honest with, forthcoming and develop a trusted professional connection. I hope I can fulfil these qualities and work with you to achieve your desired outcome.
