Most people live on ‘Auto Pilot’…. Very often we do things automatically, without noticing what we’re doing. We churn out judgments about ourselves and others.

We frequently get so caught up in thoughts and feelings about the past or future that we get lost in them, disconnecting from what is happening now right in front of us.

We can loose the ability to make balanced decisions particularly when we are under stress or anxiety. We often ‘react’ rather than ‘respond’ to situations.

As you master mindfulness techniques you will realise how your mood is affected by your thoughts. Once you learn to accept your thoughts as simply thoughts, you will be able to achieve a sense of increased wellbeing, calm and objectivity.

Mindfulness has gathered a wealth of positive outcomes in clinical studies for a wide range of benefit in physical and psychological issues.

Some therapies are suitable for home visits for clients with mobility issues. Session times are 1-2 hours. Please contact me for further information on home visits.

If you are in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance or low income benefits I still may be able to help you with concessions or by application to grants and local benefactors to help with the session fees. Please contact me for further details.
